Miami Fashion Week

I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by Miami Fashion Week this year!  Living in Miami, we crave for the fashion culture to encompass the feeling that the prominent fashion icon cities such as Milan, New York, and Paris give us.  Our desire for a fashion lifestyle in Miami extends way beyond sporadic fashion events.  We want Miami to feel like an effortless fashion experience and I do believe that is the direction we are headed.

Fashion Week is essential of any symbolic fashion city with each city bringing its own flare. Miami has become the catwalk that connects the US and Latin America.  Antonio Banderas was appointed as Honorary President in 2015 and has helped greatly in the growth of innovation and artistry of Miami Fashion Week and across Miami’s platforms.

The first week of June, Miami was filled with designer and influencer events and the runways sparkled with the work of Silvia Tcherassi, Shantall Lacayo, Custo Barcelona, Yirko Sivirich, Rene Ruiz, Agatha Ruiz De La Prada, and Angel Sanchez.

Here are a few of my favorite looks plus a couple of mine.  Can’t wait to hear your comments.. XOXO!
